Our group is 18 and older and holds monthly business meetings.
We do monthly Meals On Wheels delivery, various workshops, annual
singles led church service, monthly book reviews, and LoveWorks
mentoring (Big Brothers/Big Sisters).

Bethany's adult singles group began in January 2006, and meets
at 11 a.m. on Sundays in Room D209. We average 20 men/women in
Sunday school each week. The age group is 30+ to 60+. We have
studied: Jesus the Reason, Attitude is Your Paintbrush, Five Love
Languages for Singles, Star Wars, Volunteerism, Ruth, Abundance,
The Art of Happiness (a SpiritWalk class), On My Journey Now,
Boundaries video study, and followed summer sermon series.
We have social activities: game nights, a play at Zilker Park,
watching football games, BBQ's at someone's home, wine-tasting
tour, Wahlburg festival, Christmas party, get-together after Christmas
Eve service, New Year Eve's party, Stubbs gospel brunch, dancing
at Broken Spoke and Midnight Rodeo, the Austin UMC Citywide Coffee
Social (which was hosted by Bethany), Esther's Follies, hiking,
and there is more to come. Almost every Sunday, we go to lunch
after class. Please join us sometime. We would love to have you.

We are a group of single and married people in our 20's and 30's
dedicated to fellowship with one another in a supportive Christian
environment. Besides Sunday school, we have many other monthly
events, special activities and mission projects, and we actively
use our website to help coordinate those activities. If you are
interested in visiting our class and becoming a member, you can
meet us each Sunday at 11 a.m. in Room D205.

We are singles in our 20s, 30s, and 40s sharing goals and struggles
and celebrations as we explore our faith together. Social activities
and service projects are a part of our group's life. We meet at
9:45 a.m. on Sundays in the Family Life Center, Room 101.

We are an intergenerational group of single adults who gather
each Sunday morning for Bible study and fellowship. The class
shares leadership and discussion. We frequently go out for lunch
after Sunday worship and also meet for a variety of social activities
during the month. We meet at 9:40 a.m. Sundays in Bldg 5, Room
124.

We are diverse group of single adults, seeking fellowship
and spiritual growth in the companionship of Christian singles.
We have a couple of fellowship events each month, such as a pot
luck and movie night, game night, or group outing. Our core activity
is the Singles Ministry Sunday School, which uses the FaithLink
curriculum from Cokesbury and discusses current events from a
Methodist-Christian perspective. Our class meets Sundays at 10
a.m. at Oak Hill UMC in Pastor Val’s office. The church
is at 7815 Highway 290 West.
